1. Description of Services

DomainSecure provides specialized technical consulting services for the acquisition, management, and securing of domain names, especially for startups and technology companies.

• Domain name availability audit and strategy.
• Brokerage services for existing premium domains.
• Consulting and configuration for DNS security and complex web infrastructures.

We do not provide direct domain registration services. The act of registration is performed by an authorized third-party registrar, based on our consultation.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

DomainSecure's Obligations:

• To provide technical consulting according to the agreed specifications.
• To maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
• To provide technical support within the limits of the purchased service package.

Client's (User's) Obligations:

• To provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of the service.
• To pay the agreed fees by the established deadlines.
• Not to use our services for illegal purposes or purposes that infringe on the rights of third parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". DomainSecure does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability or absence of errors in the services or website.
• That a specific domain name can be acquired or that brokerage results will be positive.
• Absolute security of the configured DNS infrastructure, as this also depends on external factors and the actions of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages resulting from the use of the services is limited to the amount paid for that service in the last 6 months.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

Service fees are communicated in advance and invoiced according to the agreement. Brokerage fees for premium domains are negotiable and may involve substantial commissions, which will be detailed in the specific contract.

Consulting fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, as they represent compensation for the time and expertise allocated. Any fee paid to a third-party registrar is subject to that registrar's refund policies.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or that your activity poses a risk to us or to other users.

You may stop using our services at any time by simply ceasing to use them.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
